Neil Mazur, C.C.C.

If you are ready to start feeling like yourself again, you've come to the right place. Whether you're dealing with a separation, work frustrations, low motivation, or just feeling stressed/overwhelmed, I can help you get back on track.

As men, we have unique life experiences that may not always lend well to traditional talk therapy, this is why you might need some specialized services that are a bit more tailored to your unique needs. If you are ready to take control of what is holding you back, I am right here with you. I have helped people overcome all sorts of challenges like anxiety, low-mood, low-motivation, anger, relationships, loss, work stress, and more.

As a Canadian Certified Counsellor and over five years of counselling experience, I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I stay active through hockey, running, and weight training, and I love getting outside for hiking and camping adventures. My Labrador, Ozzy, keeps me on my toes and reminds me to find joy in the little things.

Let me help you build solutions to whatever is standing in the way of your goals and your happiness!

Chelsey Stasuik - Registered Provisional Psychologist

As someone who's father and 3 brothers have embarked in first responder life, I have a special interest, passion, and aptitude for working with trauma and first responders. I recognize the unique challenges and tremendous pressure you face from the stress, trauma, and emotional weight of your work. I like working with men dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, and grief. I also really enjoy working with couples who are looking for meaningful improvements in their relationship.

My approach is practical and tailored to your needs. I draw from methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR for trauma, and the Gottman Method for couples. These evidence-based approaches allow us to build a plan that is tailored to help you break through the challenges you’re facing.

My goal is to create a straightforward, no-nonsense space where you can be real about what’s going on in your life. You can expect me to show up authentically, and I’ll encourage you to do the same. Together, we’ll work on getting you where you want to be—stronger, clearer, and more in control.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, watching the Oilers, and baking sourdough bread.
